We serve the various needs of Buyers and Tenants by understanding the driving needs associated with acquisition and/or occupancy. With corporate and individual user experience, we can assist in evaluating all options including those beyond real estate. The purchase price or rent paid is the tip of the iceberg regarding the ongoing occupancy cost. We can help define, understand and minimize this cost.

Investors

We understand that investors have a wide variety of investment opportunities well beyond just real estate. Our experience with passive investors, institutional investors, sponsors, self-managed investors and local first-time investors allows us to be versatile, well round and able serve the varying needs on a deal by deal basis.
