Brad Jubin
Founder & President
Managing Broker
Brad studied Business Administration and Computer Science at Susquehanna University. He is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designee, a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and is ARGIS Software certified. Brad has worked in commercial real estate and served local, national and international client for nearly 15 years.
Prior to entering the Commercial Real Estate industry Brad worked in the semiconductor and electronic assembly industries where he was an owner and operated a technology based engineering and manufacturing firm. Brad worked extensively throughout Asia, India, and Europe serving customers that included IBM, Texas Instruments, Intel, AMD, Seagate, Western Digital and many other hi-tech organizations. While serving these clients Brad has been awarded two US Patents.
Brad is a certified John Maxwell Team speaker and coach. Brad leverages his passion and talent as a proven leader to add value to leaders of all levels and experience. This is accomplished through speaking engagements, master mind groups and one-on-one coaching engagements.
Brad and his family founded and operate APIVEO Leadership, Inc.. As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, APIVEO, is a resource developed to help volunteer youth coaches teach our kids about leadership through service. The lessons and materials are designed for kids between 5-14 years old and are applicable to all sports and youth organizations.
Kristy Jubin

Kristy provides support, organization and direction in the day to day operation of Edify CRE. With a background in the financial industry and experience in corporate training and compliance, Kristy is an active and critical member of our team.
Kristy leads the private residence practice for Edify CRE. Working with select individuals and families, Kristy has a proven record of success by adding value through every step of the search, identification, negotiation and closing steps of the residential purchase or sale process.
Kristy graduated from LSU with a degree in marketing. Kristy is also the Co-Founder of APIVEO Leadership, Inc. APIVEO (Always Play IV Each Other) is a non-profit organization dedicated to teach kids about leadership.
Jerry Silvio
President, Silvio Development Company
Jerry Silvio provides guidance, consulting and leadership for our industrial engagements.
An over 40 year veteran of the industrial real estate industry, Jerry Silvio entered the field with a degree in civil engineering. Through years of progressive experience, persistence and the obtainment of an MBA in Finance, he grew his long-time employer to the largest privately owned industrial development and construction company in the Southeastern United States.
Inspired towards entrepreneurism after reaching a career height when many people would instead opt to relax, Jerry founded Silvio Development, a boutique development firm specializing in providing real estate private equity, development and consultation services to the commercial, medical, retail and industrial market segments.
In early 2013, Jerry and his daughter's company, Constructive Ingenuity, combined offices to their present location in Scottdale, Georgia.
Jerry offers sophisticated experience to a client base unaccustomed to his level of expertise. Jerry was the winner of the 2006 the Atlanta Business Chronicle Industrial Deal of the Year for the 404,000SF Kubota Industrial Equipment Corporation Manufacturing plant on 88 acres in Jefferson County and the 2001 award runner-up for the 792,000SF Pactiv Distribution Center in Newton County.
A military reserve veteran and active member of the community, Jerry serves on numerous economic development, institutional and non-profit Boards of Director throughout Georgia.
